Cream Health Care provide Care Assistants to local authorities, residential and nursing homes across Staffordshire, Shropshire and the West Midlands. Cream Health Care take the time to visit your home, view your facilities and meet with residents to get an in depth understanding of your particular needs and agree how our staff can add value to you and your residents.

Our final visit before supply is our ‘Take On Visit’ which includes your various procedures including fire, whistle blowing, break times, PPE requirements, shift patterns, attitudes of your staff towards agency staff, health and safety and information needed to comply with Agency Worker Regulations. This enables us to select and prepare our staff before sending them to you. We want to make sure that once you have committed to using Cream Health Care, that the supply is compliant and easy. We even send a copy of the signed timesheets with the invoice so all is hassle free.

We are able to provide staff members who are fully experienced many having NVQ2 Health & Social Care with staff also having NVQ3 and 4 to ensure you have staff qualified to administer medication when the need arises. Our staff are experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with Dementia and EMI.

We take time to understand the specialist needs of your home and will provide someone who has worked in similar environments previously and who is happy and comfortable in such an environment.

When a request for a staff member comes in we update you within twenty minutes of receiving the request. We pride ourselves on a quick turn around without compromising on quality. You are guaranteed to receive someone who has either worked in your home previously or who is fully trained and experienced to meet your needs.

Our structured recruitment processes, induction and free mandatory training updates ensure that you are provided with Care Assistants who have all of the mandatory training and experience, as well as any additional training, you require in order to care for your residents to the highest possible standard.

In addition our staff will arrive in a ‘Cream’ branded uniform with an ID badge containing their photograph, name, DBS number and detail of all current mandatory training. You will also receive an A4 profile with similar information which will delight CQC at any inspection.
