So introduce a friend and enjoy a generous bonus for both you and your friend.  When you introduce a Support Worker or Care Assistant you will receive a bonus of £250 for each introduction – yes you can make as many introductions as you wish!  Should you refer a Registered Nurse that bonus goes up to £400.
Your friend will have a free DBS and a £50 bonus.  If your friend is with the update service for DBS then their bonus will be £100.

Terms and Conditions

  • Your friend you wish to introduce must have at least 6 months’ experience as a care assistant or support worker in the UK within the last 3 years or at least 6 months’ UK post-qualification experience as a nurse and a valid NMC pin number.
  • You must let your friend know that someone from Cream Health Care will be contacting them following your introduction.
  • You cannot recommend yourself or anyone who is already working for Cream Health Care or in the recruitment process.
  • Your introductions must be made by completing the ‘Introduce A Friend’ form via the above link. Introductions made in any other manner will not be eligible for this bonus offer.
  • Any friends introduced must be successful through our recruitment process and work a minimum of 250 hours within the first six months of their start date.
  • You friend will be required to pay for their DBS check at the time of their application but, if applicable, these will be refunded after 250 hours worked.
  • In order to receive the bonus, you must be an active member of the Cream Team and be working for Cream at the time the bonus is due to be paid. You must also be working regularly and not be the subject of any investigation or disciplinary process.
  • The bonus is subject to tax and NI contributions (where applicable).
  • The decision of the Directors is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
