Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team. You will be working in residential care and small learning disability homes in and around Stoke-On-Trent. We can offer you a variety of shifts; earlies, lates and nights on a weekly rota provided in advance, based on your availability, online access to your rota, 28 days annual leave (pro rota), free uniform and weekly pay.

As a Support Worker your duties will include:
• Working one to one with your service user who will be able bodied with Learning Disabilities
• Assisting with meal preparation
• Co-ordinating and facilitating activities
• Providing assistance, support or encouragement with personal care
• Community access when required

An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.

We are happy to work with any availability however we can not offer school hours due to the shift patterns of the homes that we work with. We know your work/life balance is important and we will work with you to ensure that you get the balance right by building a strong relationship with you. Most of the homes that we work with are on main bus routes, so easily commutable from all parts of Stoke, Hanley and Newcastle, even if you don't drive.
