“I don’t have a particular home that’s my favourite, I like each home I go to for different reasons and by going to various homes gives me a nice variety of work and keeps things interesting. I like to care for and support adults with learning disabilities. I have a passion for working with this client group, as there’s more scope to get out into the community. I like to help people to live not to exist.”

"I’m really happy working for Cream Health Care. I’m able to pick and choose the shifts that I am able to take so I can have quality time with my family and support their needs. I have been placed on shift at a lovely extra care home that is only a short distance from where I live. As I have shifts there each week and the extra care service see me as part of the team, I am also able to speak to the managers and seniors there and “self-book shifts.” Cream are very supportive of this, and again helps me to maintain a flexible working week."
