Andrew Adlington - Care Worker, Cannock

This month Dave from our Cannock branch has been talking to Andrew Adlington, who’s been working with Cream for nearly a year.

Andrew has been working in the Care sector since 2010 and has gained a lot of experience and knowledge throughout his career so far working with the elderly and people with dementia. Andrew is constantly learning new skills and expanding his knowledge. Andrew is dedicated, hardworking and professional, who is always dependable and flexible. Andrew is well respected and the regular staff at the homes he works for, always ask for him. He is an asset to Cream and we are so lucky to have him working with us.

Dave wanted to know how Andrew got into Care and why he likes working for Cream Health Care:

“Looking after my Nan, gave me a real passion for care. I quickly realised that this would be my vocation, as I feel that I can make a real difference to people’s lives."

"I’ve really enjoyed the last 11 months working for Cream Health Care. The benefit of working for Cream is that I can work when and where I wish, and not feel pressured to take shifts/work if I don’t wish to and I’m always supported by the branch. They are a very approachable team, and they are there to help should I need any advice or support 24/7.”
