Debbie Palmer - Care Assistant - Stoke-On-Trent

This month Joseph has been chatting with Debbie Palmer, a Care Assistant working with our Stoke-On-Trent branch.

Debbie has been with us for just under a year is and is one of our ‘weekend warriors’, always happy to cover shifts on the weekend and for that Debbie, we can’t thank you enough.  Debbie’s warm smile and upbeat personality has our clients asking for her to come back to homes time and time again. Here at Base we understand that, as just talking to Debbie on the phone will put a smile on your face!

Joseph wanted to find out what Debbie thought about working for Cream Health Care;

“Lovely! The office staff are very friendly, supportive and approachable.

My hours definitely suit me and if they don’t have anything that suits my availability I know they will be in touch as soon as they get something that matches.

I love working at Norton Avenue and Hoveringham Drive. The staff at the homes always treat me as an equal, like you are one of the permanent staff and I love that.”
