Sue Downes has been nothing short of sensational since she joined us back in January 2016. Wherever Sue works, it’s guaranteed her standard of care is exceptional which has always been confirmed by the amazing feedback we get from homes that Sue works in. She is consistently reliable and always flexible when it comes to shifts. So much so, Norton Avenue have been booking direct with Sue since April last year!

“I got into care because I often felt that the elderly were given the impression that people didn’t have enough time for them. When I chatted to them, I loved hearing about their life experiences and loved that just chatting to them could put a smile on their face. I never knew my Grandparents so I wanted to be able to make a difference to an elderly person’s life, whether it be big or small, and get the satisfaction from knowing I had made a difference.”

“Working for Cream Health Care is great! It works for me and everyone at the office is very approachable. There is always someone at the end of the phone if I have any problems and the guys at the office are always helpful and supportive.”

“I love looking after my grandson, Cream Health Care let me pick up and choose the hours that work around looking after him. Cream know that I love working at Norton Avenue and Cowley Way and have always loved any care work specialising in EMI, so they always try to place me there when I’m available. If I decide to take a shift at a new home, I always get a phone call at the end of the shift from cream to ask how I got on, which is lovely.”
