Imagine – every unfilled shift gives the home an opportunity to use another agency – we don’t want that! Please recommend us to a friend or colleague. Also if you find yourself working alongside an agency nurse please recommend the nurse to Cream. Phone the office for details of our ‘Recommend A Friend’ Scheme.
WE HAVE AN ADDITIONAL MOBILE PHONE
We keep in touch with you by our mobile – except the SMS for availability each week. As we are chasing each other around the office to use the mobile we have now got a second mobile we will be using. However, we will not display the number as you need to respond to the main mobile – we will always say, if it is a txt, that it is from Cream.

Well you all stay with us a long time and we are proud of you all. It is great to welcome John and Carrie back to the team this week – both great friends of Cream Care.
TRAINING
It is vital that your training is updated on joining us and every 12 months. We have sent emails chasing those who have training outstanding. We do not send staff out to work unless their training is up to date! So please get on the old PC (or Mac!) and do any outstanding training updates.
FORGET RECOMMEND A FRIEND – IT’S NOW RECOMMEND A HOME!

EXAMS OVER!!
A large number of our staff will be celebrating the end of exam time – we hope you have all done well.
FINALLY – A REMINDER – OUR WEEK FOR TIMESHEETS IS NOW SATURDAY – FRIDAY!
Yes, to remind you the deadline for timesheets is now 09.00 each Saturday and timesheets should only show shifts worked up to the Friday night ..... Happy, hope you have read this!!
