Skills for Care have just released their latest Local Authority Area Summary Reports

Following on from, The state of the adult social care sector and workforce in England released by Skills for Care last year; Skills for Care have just released their latest Local Authority Area Summary Reports.

Each Local Authority Area report provides an overview of the adult social care sector and workforce in each of the 152 authority areas with social care service responsibilities across England. The reports draws conclusions about the workforce’s size, employment information, recruitment and retention issues, workforce demographics, pay and qualification rates and future workforce forecasts.

We’ve looked at each Local Authority Area report for the regions that we cover so you don’t have to and produced a summary of their findings.
