Successful recruitment starts here

Cream Health and Social Care supply temporary Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers into Nursing, Residential and Community settings. We operate throughout Staffordshire and South Cheshire; providing staff to Care homes based in Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth, Rugeley, Stone, Stoke-On-Trent, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Leek, Hanley and Longton.

At Cream Care we understand that every customer and every job is unique.  We supply the most suitable candidate to match the skills, attitudes and behaviours that you seek.

Our service is delivered in a way that enables us to build strong and trusted relationships with our customers and staff. From the very beginning our priority has been to respect our staff and their right to a fulfilling and rewarding life both inside and outside of work, without offsetting this against the needs of our customers. With this ethos we have developed strong relationships with our staff and in many cases with their families.  Our staff now refer to the Cream Team as their ‘mentors’ as we guide and advise them. This has enabled us to provide a consistently high calibre of service whilst avoiding the high levels of staff turnover which are often found within the sector.  Many of our staff have been with us since 2009 when we launched Cream Care.

We are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and are registered members of their Health and Social Care Sector.

We have an ethos of continuous improvement and pride ourselves on being up to date and compliant with all national standards of health and social care recruitment and best practice. The Cream Team attend national meetings and conferences and share the knowledge we gain with our staff and customers – many of whom reciprocate.

This ensures we are always at the leading edge of knowledge in our sector.

We see our working relationship with our customers as a partnership which is built on honesty, trust and compliance; it is just the beginning of a long term relationship.  From our first meeting with you we will wish to understand your working environment and ask the questions to be able to fully meet the needs of your team and residents.

Our staff come to us with different experiences and skills which need to be matched to the roles given to us by our customers. We make sure that our staff member can handle the size of your home and the profile of your residents. This ensures that our staff are ‘marching with the troops’ from the moment they arrive.

Feedback from you and our staff member is critical to ensure we are finding the best match.  You will find that we ask for feedback on each new member of staff supplied – and give you the feedback from our staff.  We never take our selection of staff as given – we need your feedback.  This is how we ensure that our service constantly improves to meet your needs.

The proof of our ‘perfect fit’ ethos is in our customers coming back to us time and time again, knowing and requesting our Cream Care staff on first name terms and Cream Care being able to fill their shifts at short notice without compromising on quality.
