Fatou Barrow – Care Worker – South Staffs Branch

Fatou has a real passion for caring for others and has 5 years’ experience working in the care sector, specialising in Dementia care. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the happiness of others and thrives on looking after people that are unable to do things for themselves.

Fatou had a brief break from Cream to study at College but still kept in touch and gave us availability when she could work. Fatou loves to care for others and cares from the heart, we are so lucky to have Fatou as part of our team.

Fatou’s first ever job was a care job and she had no idea then, that she would enjoy it so much and be able to make a career out of something she has a passion for.

We asked Fatou what it’s like to work for Cream Health Care, “I find Cream great to work for as they always have shifts for me and all the staff are really lovely and willing to help. The hours are flexible around my childcare. I can pick up as much or as little as I want.”

“The branch really supports me, anytime that I need to speak to someone they are always there 24 hours a day 7 days a week.”
