Nikita Podszus – Care & Support Worker – Stoke-On-Trent

Meet Cream Team member Nikita Podszus, an experienced and dedicated Care and Support Worker, working with our Stoke-On-Trent branch. Nikita has worked in the Social Care Sector for over 10 years and has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience having worked in the community, in a mental health hospital and in residential care.

Rebecca Ash - Children's Support Worker - Brierley Hill

Rebecca has been working in care for 7 years but has only been working for Cream Health Care for 2 weeks however she has already made a great first impression! The feedback from the Children’s home that she is working at has been phenomenal. The manager can not sing Rebecca’s praises highly enough, the whole home loves her. The manager is really impressed by how proactive Rebecca is – a proper grafter who is always working above and beyond what is expected from her. Rebecca gets on really well with the Children she cares for and has even brought in additional activities to do with the Children.

Salma Naz - Support Worker – Walsall Branch

Salma has been working in the social care sector since 2015. She initially started working in homecare where she worked tea and bed calls around childcare for a year. Then moved into residential care and finally finding a love for support work when she joined the Cream Team in 2019. Salma is a very reliable, hardworking member of the Cream Team who always helps out if she can. Her passion for care is clear to see and delivers consistent, dignified care to all who she looks after.

Chris Doyle – Support Worker – Stoke-On-Trent

Chris is a passionate and highly experienced Care Worker with over 12 years’ experience working in the Social Care Sector. Chris initially joined the Cream Team in 2018 and took a temp to perm position in 2019 with one of our clients but after 18 months, he came back to the Cream Team as he needed more flexibility around his family commitments.
Chris is a reliable, hardworking member of the team who always helps out when he can and we are over the moon that he chose to come back as he is well respected by all of the homes that he works in. Chris is currently working with one home who have been block booking him for the last few months. We have received excellent feedback from the home and they request Chris if they have any additional shift requirements.

Zara Bannu - Care Worker - Telford

This month we have been chatting to Zara Bannu, who is a Care and Support Worker working with Cream in Telford. Zara is a naturally caring, highly skilled and experienced Care Worker who is passionate about enriching the lives of the children and adults that she cares for. The feedback from the homes she works in is always exemplary and she is well respected by both the managers and permanent staff of these homes.
We feel privileged to have Zara on the Cream Team and Angela was keen to find out why Zara chose to have a career in care and what she thinks about working for Cream.

Josh - Care Worker - Walsall

This month we have been chatting to Josh who is both a Care and Support Worker for Cream Health Care and works and lives near Walsall. Josh has been working with us for the last 18 months and we are privileged to have him as a member of the Cream Team. Josh is reliable, dedicated and passionate about social care. He actively gives all he cares for a voice and loves nothing more than supporting others to live a rewarding life. Angela has had a very open and honest chat with Josh about why Josh got into care, what it’s been like to work in social care during the pandemic, and what it’s like to be part of the Cream Team.

Oumou Bah – Support Worker – Stoke-On-Trent

Oumou has been working in the care sector since 2017 and joined the Cream Team in July last year. Although she’s only been working with us for under a year, Oumou quickly became an invaluable, reliable member of the Cream Team. Marva Jones - Care Assistant - Walsall Branch

We were delighted that Marva decided to join Cream Health Care and has been an absolutely invaluable member of staff since starting 6 months ago. She is such a kind natured, caring person whose personality is perfectly suited for a career in care. Marva even comes to visit us in the office weekly…very often with cake!! :)

Sam Sennett - Support Worker - Telford Branch
