Monday, September 10, 2018

This month, we’ve been chatting to Jo Astle, a Care Assistant working with our Walsall branch.

Jo has been working in the care sector for over 6 years. She first got into care as she was studying for a degree in psychology and biology and wanted to experience a more hands on approach. Jo has experience working with a variety of client groups including elderly, learning disabilities, mental health, dementia and physical impairment.

Jo presents herself as a professional, empathic, caring person who strives to provide best care and support in ever home she works at. She is very approachable and is always a pleasure to chat to.

Jo from our Walsall branch wanted to know what Jo really thinks about working for Cream Health Care.

What’s it like to work for Cream Health Care?

I genuinely love it! It is nice when I go to a shift and the permanent staff greet me with a sigh of relief that it’s a member of staff from Cream they are working with them as they know we are a good agency.
