Natasha Parish – Care Assistant – Stoke-On-Trent Branch

This month Joseph has been chatting with Natasha, a care assistant working with our Stoke-On-Trent branch. We wanted to know what got Natasha into care and what it’s really like to work for Cream Health Care.

Here’s what Natasha had to say, “My background was initially working in prisons and police custody.  My mum was a nurse and as I also have a very caring nature so I decided to change my career as I’ve always wanted to be in a role that allows me to help people.”

“I love working for Cream! It’s ace!! There are always plenty of shifts! The flexibility really allows me to work around child care and my partner’s rota. I feel extremely supported by the branch. If I ever have any issues or need any advice, I just call the office."

“I have loved working at Cowley Way since joining cream. I’ve recently been working at High Street and Eros Crescent which I have thoroughly enjoyed.”

Natasha has been faultless since joining Cream in March 2016. She has made a lasting impression with both staff and service users at Cowley Way, so much so that she often gets booked months in advance! Natasha will always try to juggle her personal life around to help us with any cover which we can’t thank her enough for.  Her flexibility, strong work ethic and devotion to care is something we all admire greatly here at base. Keep up the hard work Tash :)
