    "It’s a pleasure working for Cream Health Care. I’m able to keep track of my income weekly on line through webroster, I have a great relationship with the team and staff I work with regular on shift.

    I feel 100% supported by the branch, if I have any problems I feel that they are dealt with quickly and professionally by Dave and Vicky. I feel that I can speak to Dave and Vicky whenever I need to, they are really friendly and helpful. "

    This month, Dave has been chatting with Tassie Martin, a Care Assistant working with our Walsall branch; to find out what Tassie thinks about working with Cream Health Care.
    "I’ve been working for Cream Health Care for 14 months and I like the flexibility of working where I want and when I want. I also like the idea of working in different homes and that I can stay at one home for a whole month if I want to. I have recently had a personal problem and both Dave and Vicky were very understanding."

    This month Dave chatted with Amber Large, a care worker working with our Walsall branch, to find out what Amber thinks of working for Cream.
    "It’s really good. It’s far better than working in the community. I know where I am, what I’m doing and I feel a lot more organised thanks to the support I get from Dave and Vicky at the Walsall office. Plus I can access my webroster, and see what shifts I have at any time.
    I also enjoy the flexibility around my studies and other commitments. I am able to work when I want and where I want, with no pressure from the branch to take shifts if I don’t wish to."

    Kat is an experienced, dedicated care worker, who has been working in the Health & Social Sector since 2016. Kat cares from the heart and in her words ’My goal is to always make someone smile before I leave my shift’ and she always does! Kat is always flexible and she regularly puts herself out to help Cream, and the services she supplies to; at the last minute. Kat calls herself Cream’s best Canadian worker and she certainly is!

    Viv has a vast amount of care experience, having worked in Healthcare for over 30 years in a variety of settings. Viv is a dedicated, passionate carer and the care homes love her – we only ever hear positive feedback from the care homes and support services that Viv has been assigned to. We are proud to have Viv as part of the Cream Team and are thankful for her positive, "can do" attitude to every shift we offer her.
